FAQ
What customers and applicants should know.
These answers are written conservatively until ownership confirms final policies, contact details, and service standards.
How do I request an estimate?
Use the estimate form or contact page to provide your name, property location, requested service, and a description of the work. Live submission routing will be activated after ownership confirms the destination.
Can I send photos of the tree or property?
Photo upload is planned because it can help qualify access, equipment needs, and job scope. Uploads will not be enabled until a secure submission path is approved.
Does The Tree Surgeon serve my town?
Known field activity spans multiple Western New York communities. Check the Service Area page and submit the property location for confirmation. The published territory will be expanded only after ownership approval.
Can weather or site conditions affect scheduling?
Yes. Tree work can depend on weather, ground conditions, equipment access, crew coordination, disposal logistics, and property readiness. The site therefore avoids promising exact completion timing before a job is reviewed.
Is storm work available?
Storm-related inquiries can be submitted for review. The website does not currently promise a specific emergency-response time or 24/7 availability.
Does the company remove brush and logs?
Brush, log, and debris hauling are part of known operating activity, but exact disposal and cleanup scope should be confirmed for each estimate.
How do I ask about work or careers?
Use the Careers page to introduce yourself and identify your interest in CDL driving, equipment operation, ground work, or entry-level field experience. Specific openings and employment terms are subject to ownership confirmation.
